The Shrimp Fall 🦐

Simple falling mechanism and skill which is applicable in many falling scenarios.

By practicing, number and severity of falls will hopefully be reduced. This will only happen after continuous practice and application in various scenarios.

Pointers:

- head never touches floor
- avoid falling on extended arm
- redirect vertical fall into horizontal by pushing away with arms and legs
- rounded spine for smooth roll

After practicing simple mechanism, apply in various scenarios.
