this is a massive low ball of what he did in the manga, he can tank gamma ray blasts in the manga with low effort before the Jupiter fight with cosmic garou and he destroyed millions /billions of stars with the clash against garou then saitama grows in an unknown pace in power, he can manipulate space by moving hyperspace portals and he punches garou to earth while in space in seconds and flashy flash is actually light speed and base saitama can causally keep up with him with him with low effort and saitama is capable of learning anything in the universe or multiverse since it's confirmed there's a opm multiverse now with 1 lesson, like goku learning the kamehameha but instantly mastered when saitama changed his molecules and time travelled.

I definitely think you’re a bit wrong on this first bit about saying he’s not universal however I will agree that he might be a little bit above universal probably into the multi-verse tears given that Genos has already stated when he took that core it must’ve came from a different universe or timeline or something when he reversed causality not to mention he was already defying logic which is things that people like to tend to ignore such as his pre-awake and state was able to see a bald spot in the back of his head just by turning around very fast he seems to be able to disperse if not outright destroy a giant flame dragon monster with a squirt gun ability not to mention he seems to get pretty much stronger every day so the Saitama who basically pretty much merged with his future self is nothing but a quick reminder of how broken Saitama can get not to mention Morata already mentioned on Twitter that Garou was shaking up the universe and was copying portions of Saitama‘s power but for some reason doesn’t matter how strong the threat is he can always rise to the challenge and completely outgrow his opponent to the point where they’re gonna be left in the dust especially if you start out being seemingly a challenge especially if there’s emotional stakes involved with him to get him to show us anything other than a apathetic non-serious form A straight up copy ability that seems to have no limits or end to it just like his strength not surprising i’m sure he could choose to probably get much quicker if he wanted to but until we get a light novel for half of this some of it is speculation but some of it is just pretty much an inevitability at this point
