Bill Cipher is the main antagonist in the fantastic show "Gravity Falls". The show is indeed amazing, but how good of a villain is Bill? On the 93rd episode of Villain Review, I'm breaking him down to find out. First person to decode the question and answer it get their choice of villain for Villain Review #98.

Bill Cipher is one of the best cartoon villains ever. And the fact that he's funny, charismatic, and has a dark sense of humor is most sadistic thing about him.

I love how Bill Cipher is a good balance between charismatic, somewhat funny, creepy and intimidating villain. He is easily my favorite character from the show :3

Fun fact: Bill has had his little hands in a lot of historic events.

-He gave George Washington information to defeat the British army, in return for the construction of a portal. However, the portal sank into a swamp. In retaliation, Bill plagued Washington with nightmares so severe that he ground his teeth to dust and had to replace them with wooden dentures. In order to appease Bill, Washington put his likeness on the dollar bill.

-The ancient Egyptians were actually able to build a functioning portal... That only worked for ten minutes, which let out a jackal-headed creature from the Nightmare Realm. Bill plagued them with nightmares, and they built the pyramids to appease him.

-Bill helped Stanley Kubrick fake the moon landing, hoping that he could convince NASA to fund the construction of a portal. NASA rejected the proposal, and Bill plagued him with nightmares. Ironically, this ended up helping Kubrick in his film career.

I like that in the beginning of weirdmaggedon Bill is just toying with his new powers. Melting statues, rearranging faces, and he just makes stuff up as he goes along like "hmm how about a castle? Oh! And bubbles that make people go insane! Also here are my friends."

Bill Cipher. The near-omnipotent Dorito of chaos. He's manipulative, cunning, opportunistic, perfect. He's a textbook sociopath who suffers from severe boredom, and is the perfect antagonist who parallels the themes of the show, making him a fitting final boss for Gravity Falls.

I need to take a break from this puzzle for now, but here's a summary of everything I've figured out to make it easier for everyone else:
All the clues I found in the videos: 23 f 10 2 g sam 8 (5th word) eth i i i e 15 r (in title) 10 s (backwards) t t
- Both 10 could be 1 and 0 instead since they looked separated.
- The i blinked 3 times in the video, so I think that means it appears 3 times (but I could be wrong).
- The '5th word' might refer to 5th word Jay Films said in the video (villain), 5th word shown in the video (scenes or evil), 5th word shown at the very end (question), 5th word in the description (main), 5th word in the title (Villain), or the start of the 5th word in the answer.

He took advantage to other people and he made it at the end.

One of Bill Cipher's best qualities is how *_little_* you see him. He really doesn't take up that much screentime in Gravity Falls, which plays into his mystical nature as a looming threat.
