The nationwide five-day strike by Starbucks employees, the largest walk-out in the company's history, concluded on Tuesday. As baristas return to work this week, employees in Lancaster County continue to operate without a contract and wait for the next steps.

During the strike, which affected over 300 Starbucks locations across the country, workers rallied for higher wages and better working conditions. However, despite the momentum generated by the protest, negotiations for a new contract have yet to resume, raising concerns among employees about their immediate and long-term futures.

Does your strike actually work if you go back to business as usual without a contract?

Then get a better job. That shouldn't be a permanent career for someone, this will surely piss waitresses off.

They are going to make overpriced coffee even more expensive. It’s not skilled labor, it’s making coffee. Get an education and a career. Maybe trade school.

Just put the beans in the grinder bro, and serve the damn coffee. Quit and go to school if you want a better job.
