Friend Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
8 slices of bread
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
1. Scoop the ice cream flavor of your choice onto a piece of saran wrap. Wrap up the ice cream ball and place back in the freezer for a few hours to harden.
2. Heat oil to medium high heat.
3. Slice the crust off of your choice of bread. Sandwich the frozen ice cream ball in between two pieces of bread and seal the edges to ensure the ice cream does not leak out.
4. Quickly flash fry the ice cream until golden brown, about 15-20 seconds on each side. Remove and place on a napkin to drain.
5. Roll in cinnamon sugar and top with the toppings of your choice.
