I2C vs. SPI, How to choose OLED displays for Arduino projects?

If you have an Arduino project and need to choose an OLED display, you have two options I2C and SPI displays. Most resources out there compare these two based on speed and the number of dedicated pins; however, depending on your project, one might not be an option for you at all. If you are using an interrupt in your project, you cannot use I2C displays on an Arduino Uno board.
