Loving the lively comments. If you travel/ have traveled to Russia 🇷🇺, even during the special military operation, you will find that the exchange counters will exchange the money, and if you chat with the folks behind the counter they will explain that written on, blemishes etc bills that they take are often reviewed by management, and they are then chastised for not following policy. Kinda like Corporate environments all over the globe .
