This Tomato Cucumber Mozzarella Salad recipe was inspired by a classic Italian salad.

►8 oz (1 cup) fresh mozzarella balls
►1 large avocado
►1/3 cup basil leaves

SALAD DRESSING INGREDIENTS:
►3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
►1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
►1 garlic clove
►1/2 tsp Fine Sea salt
►1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

i have made this delish salad in the past with rotini pasta, Italian seasoning, and (a little mayo in place of the balsamic). It's more creamy, but I love this lighter version. I have a ton of basil in my garden and am always looking for recipes. Thanks for sharing :)
