During the summer when tomatoes are their freshest and basil is plentiful, tomato Caprese salads are a must. This classic Italian salad only needs tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil and it’s seasoned simply with salt and pepper with extra virgin olive oil. It’s fresh, simple, and delightful!
