Nice plug for Arm’s Family Homestead. Keep up the good work.

Much neater burying the pipes to rain spouts 👍🏻. Might have to do this to one of the corners of our house

Those downspouts were so unsightly and now just disappear. Great job! A lot of work but it will have long-term benefits.

Looks great! Weed eater will do the trick to knock the grass back when it starts crowding the pop up drains.

GREAT PROJECT!
Fresh water is a huge resource especially the high frequency of rain in Florida. Have you considered getting huge plastic tanks and sink then into the ground? If someone contaminated the freshwater lakes you and your family would be safe and self sustaining.
We live on an island and that is how we catch our fresh water for our homes.

Nice clean look with your downspouts straight into the ground.

You mention a sawzall....do you have a cordless skillsaw? That's what I use to cut PVC pipe--Dewalt 20V. Clean straight cuts...even with the 4" and 6" sewage and drain pipe.

I believe the way you’ve got that system set up will work great.👍🏻

I'd continue those two pipes way beyond the septic system and install a little gravel around the green cap gizmos so you have no upkeep what so ever. Looks outstanding though..will be awesome to see grass everywhere instead of sand! My Ohio land is all hardpacked rock, gravel and sand. I envy you your sand.. :)

Andrew should work great in FL. I would caution anyone that has snow and freezing temps to avoid. Mine froze, after heavy snow and resulting melting roof snow runoff had no escape route and drain gutters filled with water, froze during the cold nights and got double ugly. A lot of weight on gutters, but beautiful ice circles.🙏

Hi Andrew, I admire how you did not rush into this project. First you put some thought into it then got a second opinion. Very smart decision with the perfect result you need for your property. Always awesome content on your channel. God Bless.

You should always try to drill a hole on the elbow that attaches to the pop up and put gravel on the bottom, otherwise the water left over there will be a petri dish in between rains, dead bugs perfume

The suction from the mower can actually lift the pop-up up. I have broken two of those by running over it with a mower.
