The tip to no air bubbles.
You leave a little space at the top then hold it on the edge of the counter with the milk hanging and seal on the counter top.

With all bags, i use those ones atm too ugh, you close the bag *almost* all the way. Leave a small gap for air to escape then while holding upright sloooowly squeeze the air out until the milk just barely touches that TINY gap you left then seal it quickly 😂 thats the best method ive worked out lol

Dip the bag in water without letting water in. When the air is out, seal it!

Wait I'm so confused? You take 4 days to fill up that jar? But isn't freshly expressed milk only good in the fridge for 1 day?? Or is it a week lol???

I freeze my milk at the end of the night. I get anywhere from 40-50oz of milk in day.

Breast milk has different hormones and nutrients depending on the time of day or night . So to mix it all together is actually not a good thing to do.

You said it takes you 4 days to fill that jar. Is it safe to mix milk that was pumped on different days? I’m assuming you keep it in the fridge too. How long then until the milk spoils?

How long does breast milk last in the freezer? I am an ELC teacher, and my trainings taught me that bm can only be stored frozen for a few months. I thought that sounded odd so Im curious

I want to do ice cubes this time. So I can do half bottles. sometimes he was topped off and only wanted 6 ounces instead of 8. I hated wasting the milk.
