Pharmacy student here, this actually is not a good method. Because breast milk contains different levels of hormones and nutrients based on the time you breastfeed or pump, for example it contains more melatonin during the night to help the baby fall asleep easier, 😴and contains serotonin during the day which makes the baby active and energetic ☺️That’s why if you bag the milk separately and write the time when you pumped would be much better for the baby and you. Hope this helps ❤

Any advice on plastic-free storage? Assuming space is not a consideration, whats the safest way?

I was so scared. I thought this was going to be a video of a woman talking about making stuff using her breast milk. I don't know how many videos I've seen of people doing that and giving it to their friends and family.
