In Florida, if you exceed the posted speed limit by 30mph or greater, it is considered Criminal Speeding and is an arrestable offense. If he was guilty of that and non compliant he would be forcibly removed from the vehicle and arrested. I don’t know if anyone is familiar with how fast a McLaren 720s is but just for reference in the time it takes you to read this statement the car could easily exceed 150mph. It does 0-60 in 2.8 seconds. So as much speculation as is going on it’s just as likely he was speeding. They not only said he was speeding but also mentioned recklace driving. Football player or not breaking the law is breaking the law. I’m guessing his status got him off with just being detained. If this was the case and it wasn’t a famous football player you would likely have gotten the same treatment and took a ride to jail. Just food for thought.

They just released the full body cam footage already, Tyreek was definitely in the wrong. lmao

He was objectively speeding down the street (in a hurry to make it to the football game I guess?) and he wasn't complying to the orders issued by the officers. He was just acting dumb and as if he was above the law due to who he is. He didn't even wanna roll down his window right away. (and apparently he was driving without a valid license?) That's not to say there isn't racism in this world or police corruption but African American's have awful traffic stop etiquette. When it comes to traffic stops, more times than not, blacks are the reason why things escalate as far as they do to begin with and not some racist cop who's trying to keep the " innocent " (now this word is funny given the statistics) black man down. The reality is that MOST cops are not racist, period.
