Other user of AE01 after 1 week of using lowbat the left or right earhook even though the charging case is not red yet, but I fixed it on the same day when it happened and I reset it first, and I found a tutorial online on how to fix it back to normal

Is the volume loud enough? I have the AZ09 and i have to put the volume at almost 100% when using KZ Castor iems.

When I opened the case today, I noticed that one of the earbuds has a red LED that remains constantly on, while the other earbud powers on normally and goes into pairing mode. Could you please provide any guidance on how to fix this problem or suggest what steps I should take?

Hello is this KZ AE01 supporting quick switching between connected devices without re-pairing or turning off bluetooth on currently active device and similar?
This seamless experience is normal with Samsung buds for example, When You are connected on Phone and want to switch to laptop, You just click connect on laptop and it takes over. In constrast my old KZ AZ15 is not supporting it and I always have to turn off bluetooth on my phone to be able to connect on Laptop and vice versa. I would like to know how it works on AE01.

MY KZ AE01 is not working. on bluetooth both work independently, and cant reset the hooks. please please help
