Do you think TMS works? It is so expensive .. I have Anxiety, OCD and some depression . I was told that Ketamine will reduce my depression but increase my anxiety . But I am at wits end ! This has all been caused by an abusive grandiose narcissist combined with the fact that she put me $70k in debt .😢

Meds are never the answer for your supposed mental problems. Lower your stress, exercise, eat proper food regularly and sleep more.

Severe OCD here. I'm on Clompramine and Quetiapine. I did gain quite a bit of weight but it is the only combination I have tried in over 10 years that has given me enough relief for therapy to have a chance of working! 🫶
