In the past I was on 200 mg of Zoloft for OCD. Currently I'm taking Kratom and was thinking about starting 50mg Zoloft again. I'm seeing that they shouldn't be taken at the same time and at least 2 hours apart to avoid serotonin syndrome. I can't find a whole lot of information about it

I had massive success with lowest doses of citalopram, anorgasmia was weird tho, I'm pretty sure I got wrist problems thanks to that to this day.

The only question that matters : would you give this to your children?

“ if you have a really skinny patient and you want to fatten them up, give them Zyprexa”

That is a horrific, demeaning way to talk about your patients.
Is he even telling these people that they’re going to gain 25 pounds?
Blatantly unethical. He’s talking about his patients like they are barnyard animals who need fattening up
