You're definitely right about the annual fees. This video say 4 months old, just checked the Amex platinum was $550 now $695 in 4 months. Great video. 👍🏽

Great video as usual! I think it is important to choose an appropriate card for your lifestyle. Just because you would be approved for a Amex Plat, doesn't mean the Gold isn't a better fit for your spending habits etc.

My goal is to get into chase and/or America Express ecosystem this year. Both of my secured cards graduated this year.. went for for last year to 648 this year... aiming for at least 681 by December

Thank you for explaining the tiers. I applied for and was approved for the AMEX Blue Cash Everyday Card and I'm on my way with AMEX. I can't see how I can maximize the perks of the higher tier cards at this time. Rock On!
