Calling All Black Belts!

The 2nd Annual Black Belt Exchange! This is not a seminar, and this is not an open mat. It’s a FREE four-hour event to foster collaboration between black belts (of all affiliations), to discuss techniques, mindset and principles.

Once you save your spot for the Black Belt Exchange, we will send out a separate email for anybody who is interested in joining us for dinner after the event at 6pm. The optional dinner is eight miles from Gracie University at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse and will cost $80 per person (tax and gratuities included).

Shame this seminar won't be streamed on YouTube. Seems like that would be a faster and more efficient way to pass information to black belts and students alike worldwide. Food for thought.

Kassidy Jones, a 13yo girl was attacked by a grown woman inside of a McDonald’s, in Harbor city. Not far from Torrance.

GJJ could have helped her in that situation.
It would be appreciated if you guys would look into sponsoring her.

If I was a black belt, I would want to go to this. But I still wouldn’t even if I could, because I don’t have good ideas to share.

That’s the thing that makes me think I should probably never be a black belt. No matter how much I try to learn, I just never quite get to a place where I am any good at this.

I guess it’s just how my brain works. Not geared for it.
