White belts back to training after receiving their first stripe

(5/18/2023) - Got my first stripe, can confirm its true

*update - (11/16/2023) I received a 2 stripe promotion, currently 3 stripe white belt

*update - (4/25/2024) I received my blue belt today.

*update - (6/15/2024) I competed in my first tournament at the blue belt level at 1 weight class over my weight. I lost. Super heavy 220Ibs I weighed in at 208Ibs.

*update - (10/17/2024) I received a 1 stripe promotion. I am now a 1 stripe blue belt.

That's about how I WALKED IN when I got my first stripe on my white belt. EXCEPT I walked in with a limp wearing a knee brace, a shoulder strap and a back support and with 800 mg of Ibuprofen in me and I was 73 years old,
