For HVAC Load calculation you are saying 1Tr = 400W and you are multiplying total tonnage with 1400???? Actually 1Tr = 3.517kW. SO Actual Load will be 318.8Tr *3.517kW=1, 121.22kW.

for HVAC you are calculating 1 ton as 1400 and multiplying 318.8 *1400
