My VA Story: Nate Anderson

U.S. Army Green Beret Nate Anderson was injured by an IED in Afghanistan, and came home only to encounter a new battle to get proper care from the Department of Veterans Affairs. At the Minneapolis VA, he was seen by an unqualified VA physician who failed to diagnose his traumatic brain injury. It took the VA eight years to diagnose his injury.

Now, Nate is fighting on behalf of all veterans struggling to get care by working with Concerned Veterans for America and sharing his VA story. We want to empower all veterans and military families to do the same. Will you share your VA story today?

Nathan, it's been a real joy in volunteering with CVA since the middle of 2015. I never served myself but am honoring the service and sacrifice that family members and friends have. Keep up the Good work and we can radically change activities within the VA Department.
