Well---today I bought the A-Frame Cabin which I had been going back and forth for several months. Why today? Easy I did not want to play spin the Lego GWP bottle only to find out the tip of the bottle landed on a PlaySchool toy. If you do not get the pun on Spin The Lego GWP - you are oh so very young~. Which means this gal got the Books Are My Passion.

I did get the Cantina and few others before they sold out when it was 2x points. Glad I got them because it doesn't look like they are coming back. The batcave was a surprise. Missed out on it.

I saw the X Mansion IRL and the Botanical Gardens at the LEGO store a few days ago (the sales team brought them out to let me see early 😍). The Botanical Gardens are way more substantial. I LOVE the little X-Men comic book references in the mansion, but it is more fun as a play set than how it would look in my LEGO city. The gardens will look spectacular!

That Cerebro gwp is super weak. First exclusive gwp I'm really disappointed in this year, easy pass. The Gardens one is boring as well. A water fountain/bird bath gwp would of been a home run!

I think I'm skipping a day one buy. Just not excited by them. As for the AT-AT it looks ok from a distance but I didn't enjoy the build and I really hate that the whole side panels are just hanging from two pins. Crappy design. Probably the only set I regret buying and its not even about the money.
