Use QGIS to convert from one file format to another

If you just want to convert a gpx file to Shapefile, or geojson to geopackage, or kml to shp or MIF/MID to shp, or any other variation, then look no further than QGIS. It can read any geographic file format and it can also save to any geographic file format. Sometimes when all you want is a file converter, QGIS is the best place to go.
