I love the idea that all of this shit happens so fast.

They gain their powers, shit goes down, a gamma bomb goes off and Ben gets Hulked, and then they all start fighting.

So Dr. Doom would then achieve his goal seeing as, if not killed, he's immortal and has everything he already had + the things strength. There's more of a villain there than he already was lol

If I recall, there is a similar story where the Human Torch jumps through different dimensions. One where Doom is the Thing and the good guy. Another where the Cosmic Rays created a virus that wiped out all men. And one where Spider-Man was married to Sue and the leader of the FF.

Title seems a little backwards. It was more like the Thing became the Hulk and Dr. Doom became the Thing.

the one thing that kinda bugs me about this story is how ben's intelligence got bumped way down

like the OG savage hulk's personality came from bruce's dissociative identity disorder, from all the abuse he suffered, making savage hulk just a childlike persona that wanted to be left alone, so i'm not really sure where it came from in ben's case
