I'll be honest. At least in low elo people sleep on full AP Veigar. Idk if it's because the tankier version is more common, but Luden's into Rabadon's consistently gets me tons of midgame kills from just instakilling anyone. And late in the game with nothing but raw AP your Q-W kills instantly against anyone but tanks and, if you want to survive, Q-R instantly kills anyone trying to jump on you if you place the Q where they're going to be jumping. Going on a 70% win ratio over like 40 games climbing straight into mid-rank platinum.

IMO, the most OP build is mejai's.

The item has over 80% win rate. Is it because people only buy them in winning games? Maybe. Maybe not.

The only way to find out is if every mage makes it a rule to buy it 2nd or 3rd item. That way we'll know for sure if the item is OP or not.

Don't take Scorch on Talon. Just get Nimbus Cloak+Celerity if you wanna default. Also, don't skip Youmuu's. Slot it after or before Hubris.
