I LOOOVE, having MRIs!! They're so comfortable!!! I LOVE the sounds!!! I wish I knew more about the BIDE sequence, but notoby has ever heard of that sequence, yet it's all over YouTube!!

Breathing is the worst I believe. Cuz the more you try to concentrate on your breath, the more out of breath you become

I tried 5x to have MRI done on my neck with traditional MRI.
I suffered a severe panic attack even before they inserted me: just from being rigidly positioned on my back caused me to panic. I had to do the upright MRI, and even that was not great (but still much much better than the horizontal ones).

im claustrophobic but thankfully MRI's don't bother me. it's the trying to stay still that does, i have slight tourette's so it's hard

I have claustrophobia....today I have tried to get into the machine started shouting within two or three am feeling very can I do? Death is easier than MRI scan for me.

I have had several mri's and I have to be sedated every time. I think I need one now but afraid to go because of claustrophobia I would try an upright one but none in my area.

The MRI is a great diagnostic tool. I didn't even know I had claustrophobia before I had my MRI. Also I now have shoulder pain to go with my back. Thank you Satan for inventing the MRI. A giant plastic butthole that makes a coffin look really roomy.

Cut the crap.

Get a VERTICAL machine exam.

The regular machine is a nightmare with the covid mask on. It's hot and suffocating in the 1st place and with the mask it's asphyxiation galore.
