I'm sorry this is totally unnecessary. What group of people in Microsoft decided to remove the MOVE option and have to do this to move a file or folder to another place? I just wasted 4 minutes listening to nothing. How simple was the old and now deleted MOVE function?

I would just like to have the "move" option back in the list with cut, copy, and paste. That saved me steps. :/ not happy with having that choice eliminated from a so-called better version of Windows. It's like it regressed.
