I need help with the mv command. I have four folders that each contain three .FLAC files. I need to move all of the FLAC files to a single folder. How do I do this?

I used: mv
I noticed you use: ~
I wasn't aware you could do that, I thought you had to use ../../../ (to indicate 3 directories back)
OR, as I had done (in above example) - used: // (which meant from the root directory - as used in: cd /)
Can anyone explain why he does not use: // is: ~ a more correct syntax?? Thank you. Good Video! 💯

This is 3yrs old I get it and I'm trying to switch to Mint, I don't care about copying files from the desktop to the f-in downloads folder for God's sake, How do you copy to the *file system*, ya know the one you have no permissions for.

Trying to just figure out what it is cuz all that shows is / and that ain't it chief when your terminal BSin stuff, I f-in HATE the terminal BTW, just let me GUI every choice gods sake!
