i have windows 7 and acer laptop. acer travelmate i5 2nd gen. i have installed the eges driver for biometric but it's not working please guide?

Everything is perfect i have installed and they are working but this Fu**ing Biometric Devices does n't appear any solution or i should go to uninstall the stuff that i have installed.
