How to consume mono and flux
You call the subscribe method on the flux or mono, takes a Consumer lambda which actually consumes what is emitted by the flux or mono
Can also pass an error consumer to subscribe and completion handler

Complete event only runs if there is successful completion of your flux or lambda. If there is no item in the flux or mono, will it still send a completion event? Will it terminate or will just wait until an event occurs? But there will be time range that it will wait for an event and it will stop, what kind of notification if there is no data on the flux or mono?
