I take warfarin now I was taking eliquis after my a fib while in the hospital Dr prescribed eliquis I took for 2 years then I decides to switch to warfarin my decision so my cardiologist prescribed it and I took it stoped eliquis well I had a few problems and said to my many doctors perhaps I should go back on eliquis and they all said WARFARIN WAS BEST ok with me but that’s because they have charted warfarin for decades and have a better idea of how the body reacts to it . That’s the definitive test for a drug over decades of charting the bodies of millions patents and the effects of the medication nuff said

You people complaining kill me! I'm taking Warfarin and the side effect are worse and scary! Eliquis is the Elite blood thinner, ridiculously expensive so many of us can't afford it. Warfarin is the poor man's poison so be thankful!

I pee blood after taking 2 eliquis. Theirs has happened several times. My C2V score is a 1 which translates to a 1.2% chance is a stroke, so after consulting with my cardiologist I no longer take eliquis.

I take Eliquis - and I had to 2nd mortgage my house to afford it! This medicine was supposed to have a generic counterpart by 2024 - but the money-hungry Bristol Meyers Squibb Corp. moved it to 2026. I should be living in a tent by then... 😢😢😢

I'm on these tablets for life, and the slightest little cut I get won't stop bleeding for hours! I'm worried I have internal bleeding due to a shoulder injury, should I seek medical help ? Its so painful but don't know if I'm overreacting.
