I just got Windows 11. You show that the icons on the taskbar can be dragged to different locations on the taskbar. I absolutely cannot do this. Other’s I’ve asked say the same thing. Since this is a 2024 update, and I just got a brand new computer with Windows 11, I’d expect the information to be consistent. Are you aware of any reason that I and many others cannot drag the icons on the taskbar like you did in the video?
