Awesome Amazing and Superb tips ...Im from Mumbai self taught where baking is concerned.
6 eggs( 360gm) 60gm each whip up with 200gm
Sugar/coconut palm/muscovado on high speed. About 8 mins till
Golden yellow. You cant overdo it.
9 inch round pan can be lined with parchment paper...no need to grease the pan.
Whilst the eggs are doing their last fluffing.
2.1 cup /200gm of sugar, 1 cup flour/ 150gm, 2 tablespoons butter...
I like pineapple cream cake. Using the syrup for soaking the cake.
I liked your idea of lemon cream cheese.
125gm plain cream cheese add 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar to soften it up and lemon zest..for the filling Add whipping 375ml cream (TIP :1cup to 1 tbsp of skimmed milk powder so it won't collapse, lemon juice holds it all together.

I'm glad I can open my oven after 30 minutes, because in my fan oven I have to turn my cakes, cookies, bread etc or else it will catch on one side, can't wait to make this love your shows, and I'm glad you included the conversion 🇬🇧🇬🇧

Having only seen your more formal-directed shows, -- even though they are all engaging -- seeing your personality in the streaming videos is really endearing. I went from a flop as a baker to making it so much more rewarding with your instructions. I would love to see you do a bread series. I think with the lock-downs, a lot of people are baking bread at home. I know its not altogehter your focus, but it would be cool to see your take on homemade breads.

Anna, thank you so much for doing this live tutorial. I finally (after many tries of other sponge recipes) got my first ever Sponge Cake to work AND taste wonderful! My son just had his 15th Birthday and we had a sponge cake with Nutella cream. It was delicious! My 3 girls who are 12, 8 and 7 love watching you! 💗So thank you again 😊
