Perfect storm sending Florida homeowners insurance premiums through the roof

How many years have they experienced outrageous profits!!! Most drop clients over a pin drop. As a consumer I'm constantly in fear of something happening! If we file a claim, we're finished! It's wrong!

Lack of oversight of Citizen's Insurance is a problem also. Where is all our tax money going if they don't cover any claims ?!

yep they made big money and are now liquidating so they can cash in the profits and run.

worked with a guy last winter, he got a free roof from insurance company, he drives new pick up so he has money for a roof, , , I drive old vehicles and never screwed over insurance company, THAT is whats causing this...one day a guy and girl were parked across street from house well I got out of my car and walked into garage, wife came home shortly and guy walks up and says hey I work for so and so and we can get you a new roof, guy is fucking lucky he didnt approach me...fucking scammers...nothing is free and now we all gotta pay...

No one took seriously FEMA last year. Now people are prepared they are suprised. Look it up, Risk Ratio 2.0 Started last year. The deadline was April 1 2022.

Of course, then the landlords pass it along to tenants that can barely afford to put a roof over their head or eat. Everybody wants a piece of the poorest, no protections at all. Republicans only care about those that have money and not the average worker who is trying desperately to provide for their family. They only want to ease the burden on those that can afford to put multiple houses over their heads. Smh.
