I just bought a Honda Ridgeline RTL...yesterday. What a super nice truck. Comfortable, good power, great driver features. Just super pleased. Now let's see if I can get 200K miles on it.

The Ridgeline is proof positive the Honda marketing department needs to be fired. For 99% of mid-size truck drivers, it's hands down the best mid-size truck. Yet no one seems to know it...

I just got my 2023 Ridgeline RTL-E a week ago, and I absolutely love it. It's such a joy to drive. it's like the Swiss army knife of trucks

Thank you for taking the time to make this video, sir. Reaffirmed what I and many others think about the Ridgeline. Will be in the market for my next daily driver soon and even for a diehard F-150 fan like myself, can't deny how great an option the Ridgeline is. Safe travels.

The 2017 model has been GREAT! Did not care what the”That’s not a truck” people were saying. Glad I bought it!

Quality review. Appreciate your take. I’ve been looking at a ridgeline for years and looking forward to their next redesign to see how it looks

I love how roomy the cabin is. As someone who's 6'4 midsize trucks are usually too cramped for me. Especially the Tacoma. But the Ridgeline is perfect. The Ridgeline is extremely space efficient.

Correct on all counts and pretty much the same reasons I’m on my second one. Sold my 2018 RTL-E, test drove all the competition (including the F-150) and ended up purchasing a 2023 RTL-E. It’s just a great truck. Honda has something special here. Resale values on these are spectacular, drove my original one for 4.5 years and sold it for more than I paid for it in late 2021. Yes, the market was still a bit crazy then but…. Still.

I've had my 2022 Honda Ridgeline since August of 2022 and I went with the White Black Edition. I absolutely love it and the dealership has been great. I'm approaching 12, 000 miles now, as of this comment (May 2023), and do a mix of everyday Highway/street driving and get close to 22apg. It's very quiet, powerful, and comfortable. I have not used it for towing yet, but hauling it holds everything I need. I also recommend the Ridgeline.

Thanks for your input ! For months I was all in on new Frontier, very quiet inside, that was nice surprise. Liked the trucky look. But winter snow and ice, going back to part time 4x4 kept gnawing at my brain. Rear end slip-sliding around, having to flick 4x4 knob on and off. For in town gray geezer not wishing to pull anything, mostly just haul an e-bike that weighs about 80 lbs with gear, the Frontier was overkill and larger turning radius, less power to the steering, not exactly optimal. In a matter of just two weeks, once I determined enough front legroom in Ridgeline, I totally switched to Ridgeline Black Edition fully loaded, is time for some coddling comfort on the roads of life. Good stereo, no fumbling with keys, cooled ventilated seats, heated steering wheel I’ve found I love when driving wife’s car. For myself, mostly FWD bias and heavy motor over those wheels, and a fully automatic solid kick in of the rear, is a good thing on snow and ice. Ridgeline sits at a really nice height, do not need a step ladder to get in. I look forward to rolling quite smoothly and with quiet roomy cabin on down the highways of life. Ridgeline looks to hit an overall sweet spot.

I went from a first gen Tundra D/C to the Tundra. Cabin is same size. At 6’2” and 200 lbs rear seat has more leg room. Loved my Tundra but they have frame rot issues so nothing is perfect. Once you agree to give up man card and realize that this thing is probably the most practical and honest use of what most people need you will buy one. I can still haul my lumber, drywall and tools. But that’s once or twice a month. It’s not perfect but than neither am I. Honest review, thanks. Waiting to see what other changes you make besides the level kit. Enjoy.

I owned many hot rods trucks lifted trucks cars SUV’s vans you name it. I even had a Previous 2020 Ridgeline SOLD IT Got myself into another FULL SIZE LIFTED CHEVY SILVERADO because I’m a heavy machine operator/ Semi Tractor Driver The Ridgeline didn’t feel MANLY. What do you know ?? I got tired of driving my lifted Chevy as a daily commuter and got tired of taking half my weekend day to clean the darn thing. I just recently bought myself another Honda Ridgeline 2022 Black Edition. OUT OF ALL THE LIFTED TACOMAS AND COLORADOS MID SIZE TRUCKS I OWNED. BY FAR THE HONDA RIDGELINE IS THE VERY BEST IN ITS LINE. FOR ALL THE COMFORT AND STORAGE SPACE THEY GIVE YOU. Not even Tacoma has the storage capacity in the middle nor on the doors. They don’t even give you remote start nor power sliding rear windows. Not even a sunroof that the Honda Ridgeline Gives You. Awesome Video Brother. God Bless 💯 👊🏽🤙🏽😎🏄🏽‍♂️

I just purchased a 2024 ridge line rtl, traded in a 2016 ram bighorn. I agree with your video 100%, had that truck 8 years and loved it, but didn’t need. Absolutely love the Honda. Forgot to say I’m retired from GM.

I had a 2019 Ridgeline RTL and loved it. When they did the redesign, I traded for a 2021 Ridgeline RTL-E and love it even more. Best truck for everyday use. Smooth ride, easy handling, above adequate towing capacity and lots of creature comforts. Big bang for your buck - which is pretty much true with other Honda models as well.

I have a 2021 RTLE. No regrets with my purchase. I get average 22 mpg hwy and in my small town. Last road trip I got 26mpg with cruise set at 75. I've hauled a camper that weighs about 2600 lbs and it has plenty of power. But it affects the gas mileage heavily if it is a camper say around 8 or 9ft highline. But with a low profile trailer it does much better as you would expect without a lot of drag. I take it into the woods during deer season and have hauled over a half ton of topsoil with no issue. I love it and likely won't buy a different truck unless something comes out I just have to have. But doubt that happening before I've got a couple hundred thousand miles on it.

Man I want more videos from you on the ridgeline. I have a crv and an odyssey. I’m strongly looking into the ridgeline to fill in my truck needs. Just on occasion. Great video for sure greatly appreciated

I preordered a Maverick Hybrid in 2021 and it has yet to be produced. Ford has really let me down so I've been looking for a used Ridgeline that doesn't break the bank. Hope you enjoy your Ridgeline and use it in good health.

I had a 2017 Ridgeline that I just change for my second Ridgeline 2023. Since 1984 I only have Toyota truck. When I try Honda ridgeline in 2017 I said to myseft this my truck now. More fun to drive, confortable and economic.

That under storage is so useful and not cramped like all the other midsize trucks
