I got my braces off a few hours ago and it wasn’t bad at all! Before the appointment I was super nervous about the drill to take the glue off, but it didn’t hurt and it took 2 minutes. However, if you have sensitive teeth to the cold then I recommend asking your dentist to not use the suction because that blows cold air in your mouth. Overall, this process is super easy and quick and my teeth feel great!

I’m getting mine take off tomorrow and I’m so excited! I’ve had braces for 2 years now and I want to see my smile!
