Discord Support has to be one of the worst support ever and im including the scam call centres in India and stuff id prefer them tbh cause then u know they are actually trying to do something but discord like we'll get to it when we get to it and to this day havent gotten my account back especially after giving the most concrete evidence that it is my account

So my account was hacked, I was convinced to change the email address to my Discord account. I made a ticket a week ago, after a day they said they'll escalate my ticket and get back to me. As of writing this that statement is 5 days old.

I made a new support ticket because originally I messed it up, and almost instantly got my account back!

Still waiting after 3 days and nothing from discord support, they need to increase their support team or something cause this is ridiculous. Hacker has already messaged all of my friends and pretty much got the account blocked on most, changed the name on the account, not sure what else he's done but suffice to say I am pissed.

Someone told me they spam reported my account by mistake because they thought someone recreated my account or sth. they had me contact this discord support guy- to help me get the reports off my acc. but he had me change my email and logged me out and hacked me and I thought is was one of my friends who told me to contact him- my account is hacked and I'm scared- I sent in a ticket but idk what else to do this never happened before and I don't have access to my discord account at all

Update: I made several tickets to Discord and had eventually gotten my account back- the only issue is that I lost everything- all of my servers- and especially my most important server where it was private and just me sending things and using it as my own gallery for art and many other things

i was literally hacked today, got convinced to change my email to what the hacker told me to change it too and then next thing you know it, my account got stolen after i found out what was going on. as of yet i'm still on a burner acc i made and submitted two tickets. i'm probably not going to get my account back but i gotta try something. i'll update this comment once something has happened

Somone random told me he accidentally reported me cause another guy is impersonating me so he told me contact someone who is from tech support he wants to clear my name from being banned so the hacker told me change your email to the same email he told me so I changed email and he got access to my discord account and stole it

I got hacked and discord keeps closing my support ticket I have called my bank made a ic3 report I had idx he got into my email change my discord password and email then gave me a discord account I can’t use cuz I don’t have the 6 code and he has been on my account for two weeks now acting as me blocking ppl deleting servers and idk what to do my phone number is on that account same with all my twitch and other stuff so I can’t undo any of that idk what to do
