I followed the steps payed for Meta Verified and when I want to tap on request chat support and it just writes "an error occourd". (on andorid) Tried on IPhone. Nothing happens and no error massege. Same for email same for chat. Any clues what could I do? I am ready to wait if needed but I fear my request is not even reaching them. What do you think?

Yo brother please I want you to help me on this, I already did all the steps that you did on the video, my case is that someone hacked my personal facebook account and get access to my facebook page, and he removed me as admin and he takes the page, I verified my personal facebook, I contacted Meta support and they called me to explain this case, but they didn’t response me after 7 days till today, I think that the problem is they don’t care if your page is hacked, they only care if your personal account is hacked not the page, is that right?
