I have been to Krasnodar in late 2021, a few months before the invasion. I only was in the city center and once at the Galitsky stadium.

I've been to Ukraine many times in several cities, not once have I seen such conditions as they have in Russia - sure I've seen some bad roads, but not the kind of trash like in Russia. Ukrainian people live under much more sanitary conditions, hence one of the reasons the Ukrainians call the RuZZians orcs.
