How a 31 Year Old Built a Real Estate Empire in Nigeria is another episode of my promoting Africa series where I feature black entrepreneurs all across Africa who have built successful businesses and they tell us how they did it.

Today's episode is Mr. Nola Adetola who is a Nigerian entrepreneur who has built a successful Real Estate Development Business in Nigeria from all from nothing. He has also built one of the biggest real estate companies in Lagos, Nigeria. He tells us about how he was able to build his business in Lagos and some of the challenges he has faced on his entrepreneurial journey.

Am 6 minutes in and I must say this guy is one intelligent and success-driven man! Imagine never having to work for anyone in your life 🤓… Wow, it’s impressive. Let me keep watching. Kudos to our LIKE button sponsor 🤣 that’s funny Tayo.. but honestly, the forces we Africans fight against on the way to success is crazy. Imagine an individual constructing a road just to get his business going😢? Not to mention your fellow brothers stealing from you! He has defied all odds though and we wish him well. 🙏🏾

I wasn't financial free until my 50’s and I’m still in my 50’s, bought my third house already, earn on a monthly through passive income, and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing in the financial market is a grand choice I made.

As an expat living in China, the Nigerians here are one of the most hardworking, “do or die” mined folks.. I’m not surprised to see them claim all the success in life ✊🏽!!

I love the way he said he had started 7 or 8 businesses before starting the real estate, it just clarified to me you have to be consistent with everything and try and try till you make it and be successful in this world

Great content.

But Tayo, can you begin to consider interviewing amazing Nigerian software developers, data scientist, investment bankers, product designers etc....

Right now, everybody will get skewed to value creation only through entrepreneurship, but there are stellar employees that are creating and contributing an immense value to the economy.

Again, good work!

“I read my way out of poverty"...that struck me!
It's unbelievable that he started his first business in 16 years. I'm 18 and a student of UI, And I'm just trying to find my way in this unbalanced and unfair world. Your videos are invaluable for we young people. Much love❤️

Wow! When I started the video, I was like Ehen! Another one don come, na so that other one do until FBI swooped on him and we found out he wasn't LEGIT. But then I continued watching, and the way the guy spoke and explained his journey in details. Omo!!! He won my heart... When I hear price of houses in Nigeria #600 million, #700 million etc I used to say to myself that I'll rather INVEST that amount in real estate here in Europe than pay that much in Nigeria. But then the guy just DEMYSTIFIED it when he talked about the challenges of putting some infrastructures in place before construction etc. I just weak.... Omo!!! That guy will go places.... He has it...I wasn't even done with the video and I just came straight to leave a comment. 👍🏿👍🏿 To you both... This is the kind of #MENTALITY most of our Youths need if we want a #Better Nigeria 🇳🇬
