Thank you so much, my keyboard just went completely dead with no warning. I thought it was the batteries changed them, but nothing. Tried resetting nothing. Checked for drivers they was fully updated. But changing the USB port and then resetting and I was back in business. :D

My KB suddenly stopped working. I plugged in a spare and it works fine. I'm thinking it is an issue other than what you have covered in your video. Like a broken wire where I need to replace the entire cord that connects the KB to the computer. Does this sound reasonable? Thanks.

if anyone is curious with CK351 keyboard (I typed "CK351 stopped working" and got this video), my problem was pressing fn+ScrLk (but I was cleaning my keyboard and accidentally swapped buttons which took longer to figure out the problem). Theres 3 modes, disabling the whole keyboard, disabling wind key and normal mode.

I'm trying to install windows. I know the keyboard works and the mouse works when I'm in the bios. In the bios I start loading windows off of the disk. It gets to the first screen and it's not working. I cannot load windows. Cause my mouse to my keyboard stops working. What do I do?

okay so my problem is brand new keyboard send one back because it was "broken" keys/inputs sticking not physically but on their own new keyboard is doing the same any ideas on how to fix this i assume software issue? i have everything up to date seems to really only happen inside of a game as well.

My keyboard every minute or shorter disconnects for a split second and reconnects again and if i press a button while it disconnects it starts typing like 9 of the same letters i've tried so many things i do not know how to fix this should i return it and try getting a refund if its a defect and not windows fault?

I thought rebooting my laptop would work but turns out on-screen keyboard is much more easier since I have a 7-8year old laptop with windows 10 on it and the keys are kinda sticky even when I clean it lol but thank you very much!
