They buffed ger just to make her even worse💀 The only nerf she needed is the slide accuracy. Riot really don't want competetion for Raze and Jett. Iso was nerfed too, Phoneix will be nerfed too.

For patch 9.11, I heavily recommend that Raze's ultimate rocket becomes bigger so it can hit multiple targets at once, easier.

To many nerfs, just increase the ult cost and reduce its time, accuracy nerf and a slide nerf makes neon basically useless unless you have a shotgun

they literally could’ve just made it to that she isn’t accurate when she slides or at least decreased it, especially with her ult when she slides her it should scatter like when she jumps, that’s literally all she needed
