Missed an extra buff to Phoenix: "Phoenix now applies a Heal over time to himself whenever he touches his flames which persists even if he leaves the fire. This allows him to dip into his flames and then continue to press the offense."

You missed out the healing buff for Phoenix. He can touch his wall once and will heal him. meaning you don't need to stand in your walk.

2:15 the combat report nerf is HUGE, as Brim sometimes I used to play inside the smoke and probably die, just to gather info like "5 enemies blocked with the smoke"... I mean, if you think about it, a dead brimstone was more useful in that case than an alive Sova. So it is a huge nerf.

Phantom buff is huge. Im a proper vandal player focusing rather on tapping than spraying. This will definitely shift the spraying meta lol

Not many are talking about cypher’s massacre lol i get it would make it fair but 0.5 takes way too long by the time it registers theyve pretty much broken the trip and you’d risk yourself upon peeking

The best thing will be to use Regen shield on Pistol round so almost extra 75 HP with classic 150 creds left of 800

I really like the regen shield. I feel like I either get 1-tapped or recieve enough damage to where i would die with full shield regardless, so being able to live with a character who can heal themselves a lot (like sage or pheonix) with the regen+abilities is awesome.

- Its kinda huge change to Cypher, that delay window is gonna huge for playing wallbang with Cypher's trip
- In my opinion that regen shield is suitable for smoker agent that cant buy full buy and usually they play safe
