Every summer here in Sweden(August)mushrooms grow in the forest, you can get them for free if you are diligent and patiently searcher. They have golden color and usually the grow together. The people in Sweden called them family mushrooms. It taste so good and you don't need to use so much epices to make them tasty because they have own taste who makes them so tasty.
HOW TO:
1. Clean the mushrooms well
2. Divide them into small pieces
3. Butter / small amount of oil
4. Salt
5. white or black pepper
6. Add little water if needed
7. Cooked them for 20 to 30 mins.
