Just use waterpik flosser it is much faster

But when you insert up towards the gum you risk poking and irritating it. It’s better to slide threader in downward.

2 weeks with braces and floosing is so hard . It takes 35 min and then 5 mins with water flooser . :(

get the floss that has a stiff end to it for threading through OR just get a stiff ish floss
