She makes it look so easy. Like I just got braces, my teeth are still messed up and I can’t get to some of them like I used to be able to without them. I also got told to use this really thick fluffy floss (which I quickly figured out was impossible to use)

Any tips for the back teeth though? It’s literally so hard to floss back there because my cheek gets in the way and all the gear makes less room than before. I just end up wanting to quit or not throughly flossing which I know is bad for my teeth and gums :(

I feel like it‘s much easier to use a shorter amount of floss, there is too much room. Still a good video. Flossing with braces will never be fun. It takes long time even after doing it for a while! But the gums will thank you
