What a great update! Flutter really just keeps getting better and better. One thing that I think must be addressed in the short term though is Flatpack support. Snap support is a really good start, but virtually the only distros that use it are directly in the Ubuntu family. Most derivative distros (like Pop_OS, Mint, etc) have dropped snap support in favor of Flatpack, and almost every notable distro outside of the main Ubuntu family, ships Flatpack by default. I'd love to see the Flutter team bring that support to Linux so that Flutter's Linux desktop development doesn't "die on the vine". Ubuntu might be the largest Linux corporation, but it only represents a small portion of the Linux community.
