I was planning to move to Columbus this year, but I am a public sector type so I won't be making a ton. Part of the reason I wanted to move was the housing being much lower than where I am (by a lot). Watching this video gives me pause for sure though, but I would be coming from the DC Area so I can't imagine it would be that bad, right? The weather doesn't bother me so much I used to live in Western New York most of my life so I am used to that.

So to sum up, Columbus has one good season, fall. Half of spring isn’t awful. No mountains and hardly any natural lakes without algae or pollution issues lol. You better be into football, ultimate frisbee, pickle ball, have family here or love high property taxes lol
