The user who screenshoted the "what's the difference between Germany and Austria" one has his phone language set on German. You can see this by the line "anonym *fragte*". Fragen is a German verb which translates to ask. Also, the difference is that Germany has an own language, whereas Austria just uses other country's languages. That's what I'm going to say. As a German person.
