Not to mention garlic is a powerhouse food! It's good for so many things so there's always a good reason to eat more garlic! It's good for your heart, immune system, blood system, your gut health! And pectin is a great prebiotic to feed your gut microbiom!!

I LOVE garlic! I was recently diagnosed with a heart condition and they told me I was very lucky that my heart was otherwise very healthy or I would've been in a much worse situation. Garlic is super good for your heart.

I’m really stomach sensitive to garlic but I’m usually good if its cooked, you’re the second person I’ve seen make this and you saying that it makes it like gelatinous really makes me wanna try. Hopefully my tummy will be okay!

I'd make this more often if it didn't make my 5 minute ramen a 45 minute ramen 🥲🫶

Preparation:

Cut the tip of the garlic head. Then, put it in aluminum foil, sprinkle with salt and a dash of olive oil. Bake in 180°C oven for around 40 minutes.

Simmer the whole head in water for around 10 minutes and squeeze out the garlic.

In my experience it’s difficult to add too much garlic. As strong as the smell is, once cooked it really mellows out and takes a comfortable place in the background.

Just note that Korean garlic tends to be milder in taste than garlic found in stores in other countries so that's why they can put heaps of it without the garlic taste being overpowering. If you wanna follow Korean recipes but leave in Eastern Europe you might need to adjust the amount a bit as the garlic tends to be more pungent here. Idk about the rest of the world tho

The way that one bowl would probably kill me is insane 😭 I'm on blood thinners and have always had issues when eating garlic in stuff because of it's natural anti-coagulant qualities and I'd definitely start having a nosebleed sooo fast while eating that ramen, looks soo good though 😅

When we make any sort of soup in our house my mom always puts one head each for the family members. We boil the garlic head and eat it by itself. It’s so good
